Q: What is the warranty on your glasses?

A: GUNNAR warrants that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.
Products which are in warranty period will be repaired free of cost while all shipping and handling costs will have to be borne by the end user.

Manufacturing Defects
If a defect exists, GUNNAR products purchased from India will either be repaired at no cost or exchanged with a new or remanufactured product that is of equal or greater quality and condition. Manufacturing defects does not include products which have been either subject to misuse, neglect, accident or abuse; or which have been improperly repaired, altered or modified in any way. The product must be returned to Sparen International within 14 days of purchase along with the original proof of purchase and the decision of repairs or replacement will be at the discretion of Sparen International.

Please note that all in - warranty products must be sent to us at Sparen International (Authorised Gunnar Distributor, India) and we will not be responsible for the products if:
1. The customer directly ships the products to Gunnar Optiks, USA. or
2. Products are shipped by the customer to Sparen International without prior consent from the later.

Refunds & Exchanges

Q: I want a different pair, how can I order an exchange?

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. Hence please make sure you check the dimensions below each style of eyewear on our website before you make a purchase.
